The SST Series are the most compact VON cable fault locators. The full function radar within the thumper allows for all weather operations. This VON unit offers the highest voltage and loudest thump of comparably sized units available in the market. This compact sectionalizer automatically marks end of cable, transformer locations, fault locations and gives distance. The backlit display is clearly visible in direct sunlight. Two voltage options are available, 15 kV for medium voltage applications, and 4 kV for low voltage and industrial applications.
